The company was founded in 2004. They are a self-governing "non-profit" - do not operate for profit. Their offer loans for the development of small businesses are financed by the government, the state budget and the European Union.
Since its inception the Fund granted Pomeranian entrepreneurs more than 4.1 thousand. loans for a total amount exceeding 180 million zł. In their portfolio of more than 40 percent of borrowers are starters.
